Using a collaborative approach, I work with leaders and groups across the organization to identify both enablers and barriers to success. The process includes widespread stakeholder interviews and review of current strategies to build insights and levers to enable the transformation.
Transformation Strategy and plans
Once agreed, the insights and levers are combined with existing plans to build a practical change strategy, ensuring all relevant elements of the transformation are included and aligned to provide optimal momentum.
The subsequent plans are developed with the key players responsible for the transformation and key milestones and deliverables are agreed.
Plans are reviewed and adjustments made on a regular basis to keep the transformation on track.
