Many people struggle to know how best to communicate during times of change and can revert to formal written communication when people need more informal dialogue. This module focuses on the main principles of communicating during change, including communicating confidently when there is little clarity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Management
A critical and often underused tool in any transformation. Used correctly it can be a key enabler of any transformation by identifying issues, concerns and opportunities upfront and keeping an open dialogue to allow timely course corrections to be made.
