In an environment where change is constant, you can engage and motivate your employees by helping them to transform their individual skills.  Each module can be adapted to suit different levels of experience, from senior leaders to front line staff

Change Skills

Intervention and training to build change planning and implementation skills focused on each level of the organization, from leaders driving the change to the individual employees who are the change “consumers”

Coaching and Feedback Skills

Critical skills during times of change, they are often overlooked in favour of formal communication.  By reinforcing feedback and coaching skills, employee understanding of, and engagement in the transformation increases.

Communication Skills during change

Many people struggle to know how best to communicate during times of change and can revert to formal written communication when people need more informal dialogue.  This module focuses on the main principles of communicating during change, including communicating confidently when there is little clarity. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Management

A critical and often underused tool in any transformation. Used correctly it can be a key enabler of any transformation by identifying issues, concerns and opportunities upfront and keeping an open dialogue to allow timely course corrections to be made.
